• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Misuse of trich88 bonus or promotional systems.
• A member's own request to close their account (including for responsible gaming reasons).
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

In cases where an account is suspended due to a member-initiated self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons, any valid account balance will be refunded once all applicable rollover conditions have been fulfilled, or outstanding bonuses are deemed forfeited.
